Shipping Policy:

1. We strive to deliver all the pin codes of India.
2. At the time of shopping, please check if our logistics partner covers your pin code.
3. If not, we request you to provide an alternate shipping address. Any inconvenience faced by the customers is regretted.
4. Shipping fee is non-refundable in case of returns. To ensure smooth delivery, please provide your complete shipping address with pin code and contact details. Please do not accept damaged and tampered package

Incorrect Delivery Address:
5. It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for your order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, we will not refund your purchase or replace the goods. Please ensure you check all shipping details carefully before submitting your order.


Delivery Timelines:
1. Your order will be dispatched from the warehouse within 24 to 48 hours of placing the order.
2. Your order will be delivered to you within 2 - 10 days depending on your location.

Refund Policy:
1. Evolut Services in fitness, yoga, and nutrition are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-saleable.
2. Any services purchased- Any memberships pass/ sessions/classes/activity bookings bought by you are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-saleable and non-transferable.
3. In case, if the customer requests refunds, the amount will be transferred as cashback. Or, transferred directly to the account of the customers as per your choice.
4. Request for Cancellations for Lab tests will be accepted only before the samples are collected.
5. Edible Products – You can request for cancellation/ pausing of Food Product orders with scheduled deliveries and request for refund/adjustment in future orders against the same. However, acceptance of cancellation/pause requests shall be at the sellers' / Company's discretion and dependent on the cancellation cut-off time i.e. usually before the dispatch and the number of Food Products ordered by you. There shall be no refunds for ondemand Food Product orders. 6. Apparel Clothing- We adopt a 7-day return policy for our clothing category and refund the amount as long as the returned product/s are unused, unwashed, and returned with all original packaging and tags.
Request for return shall be within 7 days of the delivery of your order

Important things to keep in mind while sending back the product for return:

  • All items must have the original tags, and should be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with no smell of perfume, deodorant or detergent.
  • All items should be free of make-up or tan marks
  • Please ensure correct pieces for return are handed over to the delivery executive. We take no liability in case an incorrect piece is handed over.

7. Digital Services - You may request cancellation of your subscription to the Digital Services. However the same must be done before the respective renewal date to avoid billing of the next period's subscription fee to the Payment Details you have provided. Refunds cannot be claimed for any partial-term subscription period.
8. Refunds will be issued only if the returned products reach us as per our return guidelines. The refunds amount is expected to reflect in your account as per the following timelines:

1) COD - 2 to 10 business days’ post refund initiation
2) If the payment was by credit/ debit card or net banking, the money will be refunded to your credit/ debit card or net banking account, respectively. Typically, refunds are processed within 7- 10 business days post refund initiation, depending on your bank partner.

9. If returns are generated for the orders placed using promo-codes/coupon codes, the amount paid for the products deducting the discount received will be refunded to your account.
10.The Company and/vendor shall have the right to cease/terminate the relationship with the customer unilaterally without any reason, and applicable amount or cash back (if any) or pro-rata refund, as the case may be, shall be refunded to You subsequently.
11.With regards to payments, the Platform shall not be responsible for any unauthorized transactions conducted on our Platform using your payment card or internet banking. The Platform shall not be obligated to refund any money to you in such instances.
12.Discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged.
